I have developed customer service experience and skills from my time in both retail and service industries. This came from working countless hours behind a front desk or walking the sales floor.

Customer service as a real estate professional is quite different from the retail experience as the risk, stakes, and potential stress are much higher.

My interactions with each client necessarily involved a great amount of thought, care, and personal attention.

There is a degree of skill required to convey the comfort of a human touch behind screen interactions. This is something that I have – and continue to strive for, especially in this new frontier of an AI driven service economy.

Navigating new technology or a new platform can be frustrating for a new user. So it’s important to be empathetic while focusing on problem-solving and relieving pain.
